    Lou Reed's "Street Hassle" in my opinion Lou's BEST solo album.
    Peter Gabriel's first solo album

    My list would have to have More Songs About Buildings and Food by The Talking Heads. Probably also Excitable Boy by Warren Zevon. Otherwise I like your list just fine.
